DEEP CLEANING
Deep Clean
Deep cleaning is a more in-depth clean that will require more time and special attention to detail by our cleaners. We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your apartment professionally cleaned within the past 2-3 months, or if you do not use a cleaning service on a regular basis.
All Rooms:
- Dry floor cleaning with a vacuum cleaner or broom (Note: We do not provide vacuum or broom)
- Wet cleaning of floors and baseboards (Note: Please provide swiffer or mop)
- Wipe glass and mirror surfaces
- Dust accessible surfaces*, interior items, home appliances, design elements (vases, picture frames, photo frames, etc.) *
*Please note depending on the amount of accessories, the duration may be increased - Take out garbage and recycling (Note: We do not separate/organize recycling and ask that you do so before our services)
- Make beds/Change Sheets (Note: If you would like sheets changed, please prepare/provide change of sheets)
- Wet cleaning window sills
- Cleaning of furniture including tabletops, shelves, closets, cabinets, and other surfaces*
Kitchen:
- Wash dishes by hand or dishwasher*
*Depending on the amount of dishes, the duration may be increased.
*Please do not leave expensive or fragile dishes for us to clean. - Clean stovetop
- Clean the interior/exterior of the oven
- Wipe refrigerator interior/exterior
- Cleaning freezer
- Wipe microwave interior/exterior
- Deep clean kitchen surfaces of grease and grime (tabletops, countertops)
- Spot clean cabinet exterior (For interior please add-on)
- Scrub and disinfect sink
- Wipe down window sills
- Sweep and wet wash floors (Note: Please specify if you do not have a broom and mop)
- Take out garbage and recycling (Note: With this service we do separate/organize recycling)
Bathrooms:
- Deep clean and disinfect shower/tub and toilet
- Deep clean and sanitize faucets and sink
- Scrubbing/wiping bathroom tiles and fixtures
- Clean bathroom mirror
- Wipe bathroom counter and shelves interior/exterior
- Wipe shower caddy and soap dish
- Wipe down cabinets exterior
- Empty and sanitize waste basket
- Dust light fixtures and bulbs within reach
- Sweep and wet wash floor
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Carpet steam cleaning
- Wiping bulbs and glass fixtures
- Cleaning TVs and computer monitors
- Moving or lifting anything over 25 lbs
- Stepping higher than 2 steps on a ladder
- Cleaning bio-hazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids, animal waste, insects)
- Hoarding, high levels of trash/debris
- Heavy scrubbing of walls/doors (best to paint!)
- Unfinished Areas
- Cleaning inside of the fireplace or emptying ashes
- Cleaning high to reach areas & windows (anything that can’t be reached with an extendable duster)
- Garages
- Large amount of dishes (may incur extra charge)
- Moving heavy furniture and appliances
- High bulbs and ceiling fans
- Window exteriors
- Pet waste
