Our cleaning rates vary depending on how often you have us. Our standard hourly rate is $55/hr which includes cleaning supplies, however if you schedule us on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis, you will get a discount.

Deep Cleanings take longer and go deeper than General Cleanings. Typical Deep Cleaning tasks include inside, behind and underneath kitchen appliances, cabinets, windows, baseboards, wiping down walls, all surfaces, deep scrubbing tiles, bathrooms, and floors.

Yes you can! All our cleaners are handpicked, meticulously trained, background checked and screened for quality assurance.

Yes our company is fully insured and bonded and our insurance policy extends to our cleaners.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning for any reason, reach out to us within 24 hours and let us know what happened. We will do our best to make the situation right.

All major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX, are accepted. We only put a hold on the card two days before the service date to make sure the funds are available; you won’t be charged until the cleaning is finished.

We understand that plans can change which is why our service is fully flexible right up until 24hr in advance of your scheduled cleaning. Because we reserve your cleaning spot especially for you so please Let us know before 24hr in advance to avoid our $79 cancellation.

Many of our clients prefer to leave a key hidden or leave one with their concierge, if they have one. We can clean while you are out of the house, leaving you with a beautiful clean home upon returning. Others prefer to be home while we work. Either way, we’ll accommodate your preference!

Yes! We bring all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment. Please let us know if you have specific products you’d prefer to provide, we are happy to use them in lieu of our own. We do also offer green cleaning using eco-friendly cleaning supplies.

We guarantee that you’ll be thrilled with your service, each and every time. In the rare chance we’ve overlooked anything, let us know right away and we’ll be back to make things right.

As policy we do not hold on to customer keys. If you do not live in an apartment with a concierge, we suggest either hiding a key for us leaving the key in a lockbox for us to access.

Tips are always appreciated, but never expected. If you feel that your team did an outstanding job with your service, feel free to tip them in cash, or we can help add a tip to your credit card payment.

From our experience, customers tend to leave a $20-$40 tip for teams when they feel that service was excellent.

Cleaning time can vary drastically depending on the condition and size of your home. We can give you a best-guess estimate if you reach out to us with more details.
